The dashboard summarizes the relevant statistics in the “Current usage” section and provides general information on hub and moinAI usage.
Information on the current license package, the available intents, the free channels and the languages used can also be viewed.
In addition to this information, it is also possible to contact the responsible Customer Success Manager directly via the dashboard. This option is available in addition to the classic contact channels such as email & telephone and makes it easier for hub users in particular to contact moinAI with questions & feedback who have not previously been in contact with moinAI.
The Contact us button in the Contact & tips section opens an input mask with a text field.
The question or request is entered via the text field. No further information is required apart from the request. By clicking on “Send”, the request is forwarded to Customer Success Management and Customer Success Management will contact you promptly.
In addition to submitting questions, it is also possible to make non-binding requests for adjustments to the quotas or the license package.
The “Change”, “Increase quota”, “Add channels” or “Add language” button opens the input screen. Here you can select the area in which adjustments are required. It is also possible to add further information via text message.
Click on “Send” to forward the expression of interest to Customer Success Management and Customer Success Management will contact you promptly.
