Integration of third-party providers to optimise customer communication through human takeover

With its fully integrated moinAI Livechat, moinAI offers a ready-made model that can be managed and used directly via the hub without the need for separate integration. However, if you wish to use a different live chat solution, it is possible to link the moinAI AI chatbot to an external live chat provider.

Integration options

Integration is possible with most common systems. The choice of third-party provider is based on the individual requirements of the company. The following live chat providers can be integrated directly with moinAI:

  • Salesforce, Freshchat, Greyhound

Other live chat providers can also be linked, provided that technical interfaces are available. The Customer Success Team will be happy to advise you.

How the integration works

Technical implementation and consulting are carried out in close cooperation with the Customer Success Team.

  • Needs analysis: Selection of a provider based on internal requirements.

  • Initial contact: Consultation with the Customer Success Team regarding feasibility and configuration.

  • Technical connection: Connection of the external system to the AI chatbot.
