Connection with external live chat providers

moinAI offers a ready-made live chat model with its fully integrated, in-house developed moinAI Livechat. However, if you wish to use a different live chat solution, it is possible to link the moinAI chatbot to an external live chat provider.

moinAI Livechat can be activated as an integrated part of the moinAI solution via the moinAI Hub. MoinAI Livechat is managed and used via the Hub without the need for separate integration. If you have any questions, the Customer Success Team will be happy to help.

Connection options

In most cases, it is possible to connect the moinAI chatbot to an external live chat provider. Common live chat providers that can be connected include:

Telegram, WhatsApp, Crisp, Zapier, Zendesk, LiveChat, Userlike, n8n and Greyhound.

This list is not exhaustive. Other live chat providers can also be linked in theory. The Customer Success Team will be happy to advise you.
