Automation

The Automation, also known as the degree of automation, indicates the proportion of all requests for which an available intent was played. The key figure is displayed in the Hub
under Statistics and is used to measure success/your KPI´s.

The automation can be increased by adding suggested intents and putting them live with matching content.
