Add Privacy Notice

If required, a reference to privacy policy can be displayed to users.

With moinAI, a privacy policy notice can optionally be displayed before using the chat widget, played at the beginning of a conversation or at the beginning of a human takeover, or a confirmation can be requested. Whether such a notice is required depends on the data protection classification.

Before using the chat widget

To obtain privacy consent before using the chat, a privacy notice can be activated as a start screen in the moinAI Hub in the Widget & Teaser -> Widget Settings section at the bottom, which appears the first time the chat widget is used. A greeting or a title and a text as well as links can be set for this start screen. In addition, a button for consent can be titled.

During the use of the chat widget (recommended).

To add a notice within the chat, a button with a title and a URL to the privacy policy is added in the welcome message or at the beginning of forms.
