1. Signed order processing agreement from moinAI: This is enclosed with every contract and will be sent again signed as a PDF after acceptance of the offer.

2. Notice in the data protection regulations on the website: Please coordinate this notice on moin.ai accordingly with the company's internal data protection. More information about how to add the GDPR notice in the chat widget and on the website is described in this article.

3. Use the GDPR features of moinAI: Listed on the following page as seen as on the moinAI GDPR webpage.

• Secure encryption (SSL): The system encrypts all transmitted data. Anonymous data collection prevents the storage of personal data without the prior consent of the user.
• Hosting in Germany: The moinAI team is located in Germany, and all data is hosted on servers within Germany.
• Minimal data storage: The system only stores data when necessary. Users of the moinAI Hub can manually delete data at any time to guarantee the "right to be forgotten".
• Data protection notice: For maximum transparency, the chat widget offers an optional integrated data protection notice. Users must confirm this notice before starting a conversation.
• Role-based access control: The moinAI Hub allows administrators to restrict access to chatbot data, ensuring that users can only access specific areas of the interface.
