Categorize intents by using Tags

Use tags to group intents into categories and structure the list of intents.

The feature for assigning tags allows intents to be sorted according to specific categories or criteria. When sorted in this way, it is possible to edit the intents within a category “in isolation”, i.e. work is carried out within the created category and not in the large list of intents.

Creating categories

Categories are created in the intent list itself. Click on the desired intent to open the sidebar. The tag(s) are assigned in the section named Tags, directly below the title and description of the selected intent. If a tag has been assigned, it appears below the title and description of the intent in the intents list. In the sidebar, the button with an “x” is visible next to the title in the line Tags for this intent

It is possible to add up to 10 different tags to a single intent.

Filter by tags

Have tags been added the option to filter by tags appears in the upper righthand corner. In this section the different added tags and the tag untagged appear.

By clicking the buttons the intents get filtered by tags. After the button of at least one tag got clicked, only those intents that where tagged by it appear in the list.

It is possible to set more than one tag at a time to filter for different categories at the same time. Each active filter is marked by the blue-filled tag.

Delete tags

To delete tags, the sidebar has to be opened. By clicking the "x" besides the title of the tag the tag gets deleted. Are all individual tags deleted, the category vanishes and filtering for it in the section filter by tags is not possible anymore.
